Here at the Garden of Dreams, our coconut latte, cappuccino, and flat whites are made with our own homemade, organic coconut milk… It tastes so good and is good for you.

We make our own because that seemingly innocent can of coconut milk (used in many cafes for their vegan coffees) contains an epoxy resin liner!! Sometimes even the banned BPA (Bisphenol A, a chemical used to make plastics and resins).

The Lauric Acid found naturally in coconut milk is GOOD for you, but it is bad for the plastic lining of tinned coconut… dissolving it slowly into your milk.

And many of the carton vegan milks are a toxic disaster too… with a list of additives, emulsifiers and stabilizers and they are subject to ultra-high temperature (UHT) processing (this damages proteins making them less digestible).

At the Garden of Dreams Café we are so passionate about offering our customers the purest, most flavorful coconut experience possible… where possible we use pure, organic, unadulterated coconut cream and milks.

And all our coffees are available vegan, with a choice of organic coconut milk, homemade almond milk or Non GMO soya milk.

It’s Not Just Our Coconut Milk that is Organic & Pure

Many of our offerings are made from 100% Certified Organic produce.

All our raw vegan cakes use organic home made coconut cream (made fresh from coconuts in our separate vegan kitchen), the coconut yogurt in the Gutty Goodness bowl and cold pressed organic coconut oil, in fact all the ingredients of our raw cakes are 100% organic certified.

Cheap coconut oil is made from the left over pulp from the first pressing, by dissolving the coconut into a solvent, then evaporating most of the solvent off, leaving oil (and a little solvent)! Talk about a toxic nightmare! There’s none of that here, its all organic and cold pressed goodness.
